Maintaining Vigilance Amid Geopolitical Tensions

With the evolving geopolitical situation in the region, particularly the rising tensions between India and Pakistan, Yubi is proactively stepping up its cybersecurity measures to safeguard its clients, systems, and digital infrastructure. While no direct impact has been observed, we are taking precautionary steps to ensure uninterrupted operations, protect data assets, and remain resilient against any targeted cyber activity. Our Proactive Security Measures Include:

  • 24/7 Security Monitoring: Our Security Operations Center (SOC), integrated with 14+ real-time threat intelligence feeds, is operating on heightened alert to detect and respond to potential threats immediately.

  • Advanced Threat Detection & Hunting: Custom detection rules are in place to flag indicators of nation-state or politically motivated attacks. Threat hunting has been intensified across all environments.

  • Endpoint & Access Protection: All access to production systems is strictly controlled via zero-trust VPN tunnels and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Endpoints are actively monitored using EDR with 24x7 MDR support from CrowdStrike Falcon Complete.

  • Environment Hardening & Isolation: Sensitive systems and workloads are further isolated and protected behind layered defences, with enforced segmentation and access validation.

  • Employee Vigilance & Internal Awareness: Teams have been instructed to remain alert for phishing, misinformation, and impersonation attempts. Additional security advisories and training have been deployed company-wide to reinforce vigilance.

  • Third-Party Risk Controls: We are reviewing and validating controls across all critical vendors, partners, and service providers to prevent lateral risks through the supply chain.

  • Ready Response Plans: Our Business Continuity and Incident Response playbooks have been reviewed, rehearsed, and are prepared to activate if necessary.

At this time, all Yubi services remain fully operational. There is no known exposure or disruption to client systems or data. Crowdstrike Outage

We were alerted to the impact from CrowdStrike earlier this morning and swiftly implemented measures to mitigate its effects on our systems. As of now, none of our services have been affected by this outage or crash involving CrowdStrike Falcon Agents.
